Wintry Weather Possible Sunday Evening through Sunday Night; Wintry Conditions Continue Monday

Most areas will see drizzle or light rain through the afternoon hours tomorrow. By tomorrow evening, central Kansas will begin to transition to freezing rain and then become mostly snow. The transition zone of rain to freezing rain will drift southeast through the overnight hours and may occasionally mix with snow.

Snow and a mix of snow and freezing rain will continue across the area on Monday. Light snow accumulations will be possible, mainly on grassy surfaces. Highs will struggle to get out of the 20’s across much of central and south central Kansas. Stay tuned for updates.
