Very dangerous grassland fire danger levels will affect much of the region today due to warm temperatures, lower humidity levels, and very strong south winds of 25 to 35 mph with gusts of 40 to 50 mph. Avoid outdoor burning today.

Very warm temperatures expected area wide on Thursday.
