UPDATE: One Silver Alert Canceled, One Remains Active

UPDATE: The Silver Alert for Leonard Clayton McIver, 88, has been canceled. The Salina Police said McIver was located safe in Wichita on Thursday.

The Silver Alert for Kenneth “Kenny” Reitcheck, 69, remains active.

Silver Alerts remain active Thursday for two missing Salina men.

According to Salina Police, the first of the two men, Kenneth “Kenny” Reitcheck, 69, went missing on November 4.

Reitcheck suffers from “diminished mental health capabilities” and is on disability, but he has not tried to access those funds since he was last seen.

Reitcheck has been known to frequently visit several areas around Salina. He may also have family in the area of Colby in northwest Kansas.

He is 5’9” tall and weighs 175 pounds. He has grey hair and blue eyes.

On Wednesday, Salina Police issued another Silver Alert, this one for 88-year-old Leonard Clayton McIver.

Police say McIver was last heard from on December 18. He may be traveling, but it is not known where to.

McIver is known to have a 2014 Red Camaro with Kansas license tag 312GAN. That tag is expired and it is unknown if he still has the vehicle or drives it.

McIver is described as 5’6”, 180 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes.
