Saline County COVID-19 Update: April 7, 2021

No new deaths due to COVID-19 have been reported since March 22. Salina Regional Health Center has notified us that they currently have two patients hospitalized for COVID-19.

There have been eight new positive COVID-19 cases reported in Saline County since our last update on April 5, which brings the total number of positive cases for Saline County to 6,093.

The Health Department staff are now actively monitoring 45 cases. At least 5,940 people have recovered, but sadly 108 members of our community have lost their lives to this deadly virus. Our dashboard has been updated with the latest information:​
According to the Kansas Department of Health & Environment Coronavirus Website, there have been 303,767 cases and 4,932 deaths statewide.
