Search Continues for Salina Man Missing Since November

SALINA – The search continues for a Salina man who has now been missing for just over eight months.

According to the Kansas Bureau of Investigation (KBI), Kenneth Frances “Kenny” Reitcheck, 70, was last seen on November 4, 2019, in Salina. The KBI issued a Silver Alert for Reitcheck on December 2, 2019. That alert remains in effect.

Reitcheck suffers from diminished mental health capabilities and is on disability, but he has not accessed those funds since he was last seen.

Reitcheck has been known to frequently visit several areas in and around Salina. He may also have traveled to the Colby area in northwest Kansas, where he reportedly has family. He does not have a phone, vehicle, or any known identification.

When he was last seen, Reitcheck was described as 5’9” tall, weighing 175 pounds, with grey hair and blue eyes. He may also be using the name Kenneth Frances Brown, according to the KBI.
