Salina Police, Crime Stoppers Asking Public’s Help to Identify Shoplifting Suspect

SALINA – Salina Police and Crime Stoppers are asking the public’s help to identify a suspect in a recent shoplifting case.

According to a media release, a male suspect was in Vanderbilt’s, 3005 Enterprise Drive, between 6:55 p.m. and 7 p.m. on June 19. It was reported that the male put on a new pair of boots and walked out of the store without paying for the merchandise.

The male was contacted outside of the store, and a photograph was taken. The boots were valued at $200.

The male was described as being in his 20’s, with a medium build and dark hair. He was wearing a camouflage shirt and hat, and blue jeans. He also had a large tattoo on his arm.
