Near Normal Temperatures, Slight Chance for Afternoon Thunderstorms Wednesday

Temperatures on Wednesday will be near-normal for the time of year, topping out in the low 90’s. Although an isolated thunderstorm cannot be ruled out in eastern and north central Kansas, the chances are rather low.

Wednesday – A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 1 p.m. Sunny, with a high near 92. Light southeast wind increasing to 9 to 14 mph in the morning. Winds could gust as high as 20 mph.

Wednesday Night – Mostly clear, with a low around 72. Southeast wind 8 to 14 mph.

Thursday – Sunny, with a high near 91. South southeast wind 6 to 10 mph, with gusts as high as 18 mph.

Thursday Night – Partly cloudy, with a low around 74. South southeast wind 8 to 10 mph, with gusts as high as 18 mph.

Friday – Sunny, with a high near 93.

Friday Night – Mostly clear, with a low around 75.

Saturday – Sunny, with a high near 94.

Saturday Night – Mostly clear, with a low around 75.

Sunday – Sunny, with a high near 94.
