UPDATE: Four McPherson High School students were hospitalized following a rollover accident in north McPherson County Tuesday afternoon.
The McPherson County Sheriff’s Office said Logan Hubenett, 18, lost control of the SUV he was driving at about 2:30 p.m. in the 4800 block of Coronado Heights Road, just east of Lightville Road, and rolled over into a ditch on the south side of the road. The vehicle had been traveling downhill on a gravel surface at the time of the accident.
Hubenett, 18, and four occupants of the vehicle, Alexandra Stout, 18, Mensi Patel, 17, and Lauren Birzer, 17, were all transported to Salina Regional Health Center for treatment of their injuries. Birzer was ejected from the vehicle. All four have since been released.
A fifth occupant of the SUV, Chintan Patel, 18, was treated at the scene and not transported, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
Due to the location of the accident, first responders from both McPherson and Saline Counties were dispatched to the scene.
UPDATE: Lifestar has been launched and is in route to the scene. Medics from McPherson and Saline Counties have been dispatched as well. There were reports of two patients entrapped and a third ejected. Lindsborg EMS is reporting that all patients have been removed from the vehicle.
Traffic has been stopped at Coronado Heights and Burma Roads.

First responders have been sent to a rollover accident in the 4800 block of W. Coronado Heights Road near Coronado Heights and Lightville Roads in northern McPherson County.
Initial reports indicate at least two children and possibly a third are involved in this accident, with one possibly ejected from the vehicle.
The accident happened just after 2:30 p.m.
