A second arrest has been made from the October edition of the Salina’s Most Wanted list.
According to the Saline County Sheriff’s Office, Quentin Charles Kaiser is now in custody.
Kaiser, 30, was being sought on a felony probation violation for possession of methamphetamine. He was arrested in Salina just after 9 a.m. Wednesday.
Since the inception of the Salina’s Most Wanted program in 2000, a total of 2,826 arrests have been made as a direct result of tips generated by the list. As a result of those tips, 399 rewards have been paid out.
