Salina/Saline County Crime Stoppers – April 13, 2018

On Monday, April 9, it was reported to the Salina Police Department that sometime between Friday, April 6 at 6 p.m. and Monday, April 9 at 10 a.m., unknown suspects had used a pellet gun to damage windows on the Abundant Blessings Christian Store, 2680 Planet Ave. Damage was done to a 2 1/2 foot by 2 1/2 foot window, three 4 foot by 2 1/2 foot windows, and one 6 foot by 3 foot window. Total damage was estimated at $1,500.

Damage was also located at Mike’s Rent to Own, 2670 Planet Ave. It was determined that a 2 1/2 foot by 2 1/2 foot window had been shot by a pellet during the same time period. Total damage was estimated at $200.

On Tuesday, April 10, a report of damage to property was taken from Moka’s, 2424 S. 9th. Sometime between Saturday, April 7 at 5 p.m., and Tuesday, April 10 at 1 p.m., unknown suspects had shot a 64 inch by 53 inch double pane glass window over 10 times with a pellet gun. Total damage was valued at $750.
