A fourth person featured on the June edition of the Salina’s Most Wanted list has been arrested.
According to the Saline County Sheriff’s Office, Forrest Christopher Oscar Noyes is now in custody.
Noyes, 26, was wanted on felony probation violations for theft, two counts of possession of methamphetamine and two counts of battery. He was arrested by Salina Police at about 3 a.m. Thursday.
Since the inception of the Salina’s Most Wanted program in 2000, a total of 2,754 arrests have been made as a direct result of tips generated by the list. As a result of those tips, 390 rewards have been paid out.
