911 Dispatch Log – April 4, 2017

The following is a summary of 911 calls dispatched by the Saline County Dispatch Center from 12 a.m. through 11:59 p.m. April 4, 2017.

  • 12:55 a.m. – 2600 block of E. Crawford – Elderly male unresponsive, possible cardiac arrest.
  • 5:25 a.m. – 200 block of E. Jewell – Paper carrier advising there is a strong smell of gas in the area of the home at 232 E. Jewell.
  • 6:07 a.m. – 1000 block of Schippel – Female subject is on the floor and needs assistance getting up.
  • 7:03 a.m. – 629 E. Neal – Caller heard popping noise in the basement and saw sparks.
  • 7:15 a.m. – 2900 block of Georgia – Elderly male having chest pains.
  • 8:35 a.m. – 600 block of S. 10th – Elderly female that is sick.
  • 9:04 a.m. – 3000 block of Scanlan – Elderly female that sick, pale and disoriented.
  • 2:32 p.m. – 511 E. Iron at Save-A-Lot – Customer fell over near registers.
  • 2:46 p.m. – 730 E. Magnolia at Salina South High School – Pull station fire alarm.
  • 3:18 p.m. – 2000 block of Roach – Elderly female suffering from a fall.
  • 3:48 p.m. – CityGo Stop on Faith Drive – Male subject walking with a crutch slid down some stairs, possible broken shoulder.
  • 4:31 p.m. – 2900 S. 9th at Walmart – Subject that dropped 190 lbs. on knee the previous night is now stuck in a truck in the parking lot.
  • 6:30 p.m. – 1000 block of Johnstown – Elderly female with possible gall bladder issue.
  • 6:57 p.m. – 1000 block of Johnstown – Adult male diabetic patient with low blood pressure.
  • 7:04 p.m. – 318 W. Claflin – Possible power transformer explosion.
  • 10:56 p.m. – 900 block of E. Republic – Adult male struck in head, possibly choked. Caller states she heard arguing and heard a gunshot.
